This Shiraz and Cabernet has been on french oak for a year and has the natural tannins/acid plus fruit flavour to reach new Horizons.

Given time this wine will become more complex, however because of the fruit it is also very drinkable now.

A wine that has the combination of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is a very Australian thing to do, and this example is exactly why. The marriage of the two varieties of grapes together with the natural acids and the soft Tannins of our Terroir make this wine enjoyable with beef dishes or indeed great Aussie Lamb.




central highlands


This wine is a combination of grape varieties sourced from vineyards around the Central Highlands of Victoria.

Three equal quantities of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot have gone into the making of this complex wine.

This wine was created at Cloud 9 Farm from the best quality grapes grown in the central highlands of Victoria. The combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot gives a complex fruit flavour . Well balanced Tannin and acid levels with ripe fruit make this wine suitable for enjoying with a good steak.

This is the first vintage of our estate grown and made Pinot Noir.

The mineral backing to a clean fruit finish is what this wine is all about.

The unmistakable fruit flavour of Pinot Noir is the dominant thing about this wine. Clean, fresh, nice balance of natural acid leading to a dry finish. A wine to be matched possibly with Asian cuisine or simply on its own.




RUBY - Our Special Edition Sparkling Red


Cabernet Sauvignon is rarely used in sparkling wine. You need ripe fruit for Cabernet and you need high acid levels for sparkling wine.

This vintage provided both of these essentials.

 A rare year indeed.

This wine is made for celebration. To be enjoyed on that special occasion with family and friends. Like at Christmas with rich foods such as turkey and ham.

Or 40 years of marriage... hence the name
