Cloud 9 Farm cellar door kicked off its opening with this Shiraz (50%)/Merlot (50%) blend, which is subtle in colour and tannins due to the use of only free run juice. The wine, therefore, has a place on the table to accompany a greater range of food-pairing options.
The underground cellaring of this wine has enhanced its flavour. Enjoy now or over the next two years.

A Sense of Place
A Sense of Place is the first straight Shiraz produced by Cloud 9 Farm and it is superb. The red possesses finesse, from the balance of flavours to the good structure of fruit, tannins and natural acids that it is already exhibiting.
This wine showcases its cold climate origins, with the rich Shiraz dominated by the bold aromas of blackcurrant and spicy capsicum.
This wine is destined for even greater complexity over the coming years. Drink now or cellar for seven years.
This Shiraz and Cabernet has been on french oak for a year and has the natural tannins/acid plus fruit flavour to reach new Horizons.
Given time this wine will become more complex, however because of the fruit it is also very drinkable now.
